Some runners might want to get more mileage by going through the 23K loop, twice. You will be charged an additional P500 if you do that.
Please note that we are supporting the new president’s austerity and environmental campaign, so we will not issue a receipt. You can support the new president by not asking for one.
The organizer reserves the right to charge additional fees for whatever purposes. He can also charge additional fees for no purpose at all.
2.) Race conduct
We also support the anti wang-wang and anti VIP escorts campaign of the new president, so there will be no race marshalls. Please obey traffic laws at all time during the run or risk danger. If the president can do it, so can you.
Our official TV sponsor is Balls TV, so, when you cross the finish line, please raise your arm, jump and scream “Balls TV, We Got them!”
3.) Prizes and raffle items not claimed in 10 seconds will be forfeited in favor of the organizer. During the awarding ceremony, everybody is requested to stay at least 15 seconds of brisk walking pace away from the organizer.
4.) Protests and appeals will be entertained only after the payment of a non-refundable fee of P5,000. Protests must be verbal, not written (again to protect the environment). After paying the fee, the organizer will listen to the complaint and render a decision, verbally.
If the decision is unsatisfactory, complainant may appeal after paying another P5,000 fee.
There are no limits to the number of appeals.
You may be able to persuade the organizer to decide on your favor if you pay a bigger
protest fee.
5.) The organizer reserves the right to cancel the race without giving due notice and any reason.
Have fun!
